National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day

Did you know that the average American will have eaten over two thousand peanut butter and jelly sandwiches by the time they graduate high school? In 1901, the first reference was published of peanut butter paired with jelly on bread, by Julia Davis Chandler. Chef Randy and team will help make this day a memorable one celebrating one of America’s classic combinations.
We’ll also have local French preserves maker, Maison de Monaco, in the cafe sampling and selling their hand-made jams.
