If you’re looking for a refreshing summer entrée that doesn’t require turning on the oven and heating up the kitchen, look no further.  Ceviche can be an extremely simple – raw fish, scallops, octopus, even shrimp and let the acidic lime juice do the work. Season with bold flavors like cilantro and peppers and then serve with tortilla chips for a fast appetizer or filling main course.

Celebrating National Ceviche Day, our Araceli will share her authentic tips with today’s cooking demonstration.
